Father, they are your gift to me.
I wish that where I am they also may be with me,
that they may see my glory that you gave me,
because you loved me before the foundation of the world

Todays Gospel speaks into a prayer by the Lord Jesus who literally mouths all my prayers! Often I am dozing off at Sunday mass sermons which are slow and very very monotonous or cause I am post my night shift and I need my sleep!

I am lost during prayers and wonder what more can I ask for – my family is my support and they are safe and healthy, my work is hectic but I am in my dream branch, personally I am at a mentally safe place with no pressure and negativity. So I tend to wonder what I should pray for until I realise, I havent thanked anyone or I can pray for others! So this week has been my focus on everyone else!

As the words of scripture wants everyone to sit and soak up Christs amazing glory – I am here praying for everyone around me to be blessed and be happy.

Let us be thankful for everything good in our lives and thank the Lord for everything, while we pray for others to experience the same peace we have through all the daily stress!

PRAYER

Bless every believer oh lord with faith and happiness, I am here to thank you for all I have and pray for everyone in my life to encounter the peace that you emit! AMEN

  1. Thank you Analise. Thoughts of gratitude and appreciation help us reinforce the goodness of Christianity. Keep up the good work, good thoughts and wonderful reflections you bring us. The Holy Spirit is strong in thanks and in love. Peace my sister.

  2. Thanks Dr. Analise for reminding us to pray for others. We are often caught up in our own world and all our challenges, we forget that others are also suffering perhaps more than we are experiencing. Regardless, we give thanks to the Lord for all that we have and those who are sent our way and even those we haven’t encountered. We pray for everyone in our lives and also those who have no one to pray for them.

  3. Thankful for your prayers! I find at times when the world around me is in such turmoil this is the time to be most grateful for the harmony in my personal life !! We are the world, we are in troubled times and need to be prayer Warriors!!! 🙏🏼❣️🙏🏼❣️

  4. Thank you Analise, for the reminder to think and pray for others. It is such a basic part of our faith but so easily neglected.
