I have come to set the earth on fire,
and how I wish it were already blazing!
There is a baptism with which I must be baptized,
and how great is my anguish until it is accomplished!
Wow! Imagine such passion we have for our goal of spreading the faith! Imagine us all uniting to save humanity and worship the highest power in unison and realising how small we all are against His will and might!
I as a person was always passionate about one goal in life, to always do my best at any task I take up! Yes there are times, when laziness and pride got the better of me and I fell apart, but I did pick up pieces and move on again!
I have been personally giving my testimony and knowledge at the pro life catholic couples for Christ organized by MFC – Missionary families of Christ! Although I never was a part of a community , I did attend their retreats when I wanted to find some catholic community and have many friends who are into the community !
The experience is something I cannot share with my fellow coworkers or most friends who dont understand my concept of being a pro life obgyn. So when I stood ahead of all these couples rooted in faith with their children talking about pregnancy and abortion , I felt so happy and energised! I knew I was called to do it there despite my other commitments.
Today as I read the Gospel, I was amazed how much God wants us ! How much he wants us to spread his faith and burn in his spirit and love! It is not easy – I lost one fellowship training , resigned from a job and was refused so many job offer cause I informed them I dont promote or perform any termination of pregnancy! I remembering being told is it because you are catholic? I would nod and wonder – isnt the dignity of life same in all faiths?
Today Jesus calls us to be passionate in our lives and stand up for our selves and our faith! Hard times strike especially in the age wen being “woke” is the way forward! Being a stickler for simplicity just isnt accepted! I know how hard I find it and then I saw Dr Mary Ann Carro, a obgyn in USA who spoke how she started a pro life natural clinic which gave me hope and happiness to all those patients who witness her faith!
Let us find the others who also believe and form a community and spread the love and light of the Christ as we live!
PRAYER:
I want to burn in your love Oh Lord, as a soul with complete surrender unto you! I want you to be the calm in my storm and lead me to the world full of your love and passion! Guide me to live my faith at home and at work!
