“If you wish, you can make me clean.”

I wish this mew year ,we all are made clean!

We are happy and safe in our homes and our faith is like that of the leper!

This year began with alot of chaos especially at work! While I was told off for attending Sunday mass , I was also given alot of grief for doing my job.

My faith dwindled and my heart disheartened. I just want to be happy. Healed and clean if the, L ord wishes….

Lets just start focusing on being better people.. more faith and spread the word!

  1. It’s easy to be faithful when things are going well. Thank you for the example of how to live our faith in challenging times. Prayers for you and all the readers.

  2. Dr. Analise, they may have told you off but God did not and will not…your set time is coming.

  3. Don’t be discouraged. Jesus warned us that they would hate us the way they hated him. You should be joyful that you are being persecuted for your faith in Jesus.

  4. Dear Analise, life has it’s ups and downs. When we’re down, it’s hard but important to remember that things will be better. Thank you for staying with us and sharing your life with us. Please keep on writing when you can. I pray for you and I believe many others who read your reflections are also praying for you.

  5. Hang in there Dr Analise. Don’t let them get the best of you and your faith. Goodness prevails over the evil one. Next time they tell you off send back a loving message…tides will turn. Blessings and peace to you my sister.

  6. Analise, I’m sorry to hear that 2024 has started off in such a low and frustrating way. How amazing that despite that, you still make time to create a reflection to bring hope and inspiration for us readers. We appreciate you!

  7. Analyse, your reflection reminded me of today’s readings where the Israelites were being slaughtered so they went to get the Ark of the Covenant so they could “have God” and win the coming battle. They still lost and were slaughtered. I wonder how many off there Israelites felt abandoned by God and have you hope and faith. The good thing is, the story was not over yet. Doing the right thing doesn’t always get us what we want but it gets us where God wants us. Keep the faith!

  8. What a way to start your year! I pray for peace in your world…try and focus on your daily start of each day and you’ll begin to realize that your life is full of blessings! Each day I get up say my prayers, read the gospel make my bed give my husband a kiss of affection then I’m off to a good start of my day. Life is full of twists and turns and I find I’m more at peace when I start my dayout right! God bless you Analise, may you always know how much you are loved and appreciated that you take the time to reach out with your weekly messages! ❣️🕊️

  9. Hi Dr. Analise. I can feel the tension coming off the page. Work is so stressful but remember ( as I have to), it is just work. I am a health care provider too. Shake it off. What are they going to do? Fire you? Doubtful. Jesus went away to quiet places. If Jesus had to do it, so do we even more so. Set your healthy boundaries. I recall during rounds the bellowing of the attending physicians ( oh gosh…35 years ago). Shake it off and learn from mistakes if they are made. You got this Dr. Analise.

  10. So much pressure on you Analise.I can only imagine the chaos and unrelenting expectations that are heaped upon you.
It seems almost impossible for you to achieve a work/life balance in your current position. As others have said,we readers of ACM will continue to pray for you.God will never abandon you,he is with you even when you don’t have time to pray.🙏🏻

  11. Hang in there! Your writings are heart felt. They are real in this world. Just do not give up on yourself. God won’t.
